What happens on your first visit?
Normally your first visit can last anything between 30 minutes and an hour. During this time the Chiropractor:
- Will take a full case history (this is now done by phone ahead of your first visit)
- Give you a thorough physical examination (this will include neurological and orthopaedic tests, if necessary)
- You may be referred for X-rays or scans if they are needed.
A chiropractor’s first concern is to find. out what is wrong. They will also check for signs of any serious conditions for which you would need to go to your GP or to hospital.
What do I need to know before my treatment starts?
Treatment is very much a partnership between you and your chiropractor. Before your treatment starts, your chiropractor will explain to you clearly: what they found in the examination, the treatment plan they propose, the benefits and risks associated with your condition and proposed treatment, as well as answering any questions you may have.

Our Clinic:
When I established my practice at Muswell Hill in 1994, I knew I had chosen the perfect location. The people were very welcoming, and I felt I gained the trust of the community. Generally our catchment area includes other areas as well as Muswell Hill: Archway, Bounds Green, Crouch End, Finchley, Haringey, Highgate, Hornsey, Finsbury Park, Islington and Wood Green, but of course everybody is welcome regardless of where you live. I even have patients regularly coming to see me from Hertfordshire, South London and Kent. Another advantage of coming to Muswell Hill Chiropractic Clinic is that we have a relationship with an imaging centre, so we can quickly get x-rays or scans done when needed. I am completely dedicated in helping you all lead healthy, strong lives.
Every new patient will receive a thorough examination in order to help diagnose the root cause of your problem. All the results will be presented and explained to you. If your condition can be best treated by a method other than Chiropractic I will of course advise you of this and refer you to the appropriate specialist.

I am qualified and experienced in chiropractic management of spinal problems. I have been practicing chiropractic since 1993. I graduated from The Anglo European College of Chiropractic which is one of Europe's main Chiropractic research centres.
Following graduation my research paper has been published in The Journal of the Neuromusculoskeletal System.
I have also taken multiple post graduate courses in the U.K. U.S.A. and Canada and I continue to take courses on a regular basis. I believe I have an excellent patient record and I take pride in my professional work .
